Partner Program Terms

Effective: September 2026

These terms govern the HireProxy Partner Program, operated by Broadlake Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to them. Your own use of HireProxy stays governed by our Terms of Service.

1. The Program

Partners share a personal HireProxy link with the people they work with. When someone who comes through that link subscribes, the partner earns commission. Commission is tracked and paid by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider, through its affiliate program.

2. Joining and Approval

• The program is for professionals who work with job seekers, such as coaches, resume writers, recruiters, outplacement providers and job-search creators.
• We review each application and approve partners at our discretion. We may decline any application.
• To be paid, you must also have an approved LemonSqueezy affiliate account connected to your HireProxy partner link. LemonSqueezy's own terms apply to that account.
• There is no fee to join and no minimum number of referrals.

3. How Referrals Are Credited

• A referral counts when someone clicks your personal link, signs up within 60 days of that click and starts a paid subscription.
• If a client clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click gets the credit.
• A client who has already paid for a HireProxy subscription before clicking your link does not count as your referral.
• Referrals are tracked by LemonSqueezy. Its records decide which referrals and payments are credited to you.

4. Commission

• You earn 20% of each subscription payment a referred client makes, as calculated by LemonSqueezy, for as long as that client's first subscription continues without a break.
• Plan changes and renewals of that subscription keep earning. If the client cancels and later subscribes again, commission does not restart.
• Commission is based on what the client actually pays, after any discount.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• No commission is earned on a payment that is refunded or charged back.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back after its commission was paid, we may deduct that commission from your future commissions.

6. Payouts

• LemonSqueezy pays commission directly to you, using the payout details in your LemonSqueezy affiliate account.
• Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds. After that, LemonSqueezy pays twice a month once your balance reaches $10.
• Payout timing and methods are set by LemonSqueezy and may change under its terms.

7. Promoting HireProxy

• Describe HireProxy accurately: what it does, what it costs and the free practice offer as shown on our site.
• You may offer your clients a bonus of your own, such as a free coaching session, as long as it is clearly your offer and not presented as a HireProxy discount. HireProxy discounts are only those shown at our checkout.
• Where the law requires it, tell people that you earn a commission when they subscribe through your link.

8. Prohibited Practices

You may not:

• Refer yourself or accounts you control, or earn commission on your own subscription.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Bid on “HireProxy” or similar terms in search or social ads, or use them in ad copy or domain names.
• Post your link or any HireProxy discount on coupon or deal sites.
• Promise job outcomes, such as a guaranteed interview or offer.
• Present yourself as HireProxy, or as speaking for HireProxy.
• Pay or reward people to sign up or subscribe, apart from your own offer allowed in section 7.
• Use cookie stuffing, hidden links or any other way of claiming credit for referrals you did not make.

If you break these rules, we may withhold unpaid commission connected to the violation and end your partnership.

9. Changes to the Program

• We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the commission rate. The new rate applies to payments made after the change takes effect.
• We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes, and continuing in the program after they take effect means you accept them.

10. Ending a Partnership

• Either you or we may end your partnership at any time.
• Valid commission earned before the end date is still paid on the normal schedule, unless the partnership ended because of a violation of these terms.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your commission. LemonSqueezy may ask for tax information before it pays you.

12. Our Relationship and Client Privacy

• You take part as an independent partner, not as our employee, agent or representative. You cannot make commitments on our behalf.
• Your Partner Portal shows each referral's sign-up date and plan status only. Your clients' resumes, stories, job descriptions and practice answers stay private to them.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved as described in our Terms of Service.
